Reporting bugs

You can report bugs in any of these ways:

  1. TestFlight feedback — take a screenshot inside the App; TestFlight will offer to send it to us with a description. This is the fastest path because it includes device info and a build identifier automatically.
  2. Email — support@cradlewise.com with steps to reproduce, your device model, and iOS version.

Common questions

Is there a charge for using the App?

No. The App is currently free. There is no subscription to cancel and no in-app purchases.

How do I delete my account or my child's data?

Email support@cradlewise.com from the address on your account and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

TestFlight build expired

TestFlight beta builds expire after 90 days. Open the TestFlight app, find All Yays!, and tap Update — you should see the latest build available. If not, email us and we'll send a fresh invite.

Feature requests

Email or TestFlight feedback both work. We track requests in our internal backlog and prioritize based on feedback frequency and product direction.

Status

We do not currently maintain a public status page. If the App is not loading data, check your internet connection first; if you suspect an outage, email us and we will reply with status.

Beta participation

Participation in the All Yays! beta is voluntary. By using a TestFlight build you accept that the App is pre-release software, may have bugs, and may occasionally reset data between major builds (we provide notice when possible).
